What is this wiki for
This wiki has been setup to help new users learn the basics of using our network and services, and in time we hope to add some advanced knowledge on many different subjects. It will eventually be up to the users what gets put on this site which could be fun.. unless your all boring.
Basic usage
To create a page simply type the name of the page you wish to create into the search field, if the page does not exist you will be given an option to create it and away you go.
Links
You can link to other wiki pages using the internal link button 'Ab'. Internal links to pages that do not exist appear red and If you click a red link you will be given the option to create that page.
To create external links simply select the link address and text you wish to link and hit the external link button. The linked text inside the editor should look like this:
[http://mediawiki.com/ Click me]
The above example looks like this Click me
Advanced formating
There is no need for the html paragraph tags and such.
You can do such things as headings, bold, italic etc.. text using equal signs and single quotes, visit MediWiki's Formatting page for details.
If you add four or more headings then a menu will automaticly be created like the one at the top of this page.
If your wondering how to create a box like the one above with the external link example then you have not yet read the link for formatting, have a look at the HTML tags section.

Start experimenting and remember to preview your pages and correct errors instead of saving them multiple times as the wiki keeps logs of your edits.
