No flooding: Do not flood channels, users or our services with commands or messages, doing so will get you banned.
No Cloning: Only two connections are allowed per user and three may result in a temporary ban. If an address has a legitimate reason for multiple connections such as multiple users connecting from a private network then an exception can be made by a Network Administrator.
No Pornography: The public distribution of any form of pornography is not allowed. However you may privately exchange files that are not considered Illegal in the USA or United Kingdom.
